
Stomp
Stomp is a new space of affordable studios where independent creatives can thrive and the young public can enjoy.
It is an evolving creative project that is partly community, partly venue. Stomp is a passion project created to exercise the strategy behind building out an application. The branding is a large part of this project as well, combining a vision for a concept that could turn into a reality with my passion for music and creativity of all kinds.

Personas
Napkin Sketching
After drafting up a serious target audience for the application, competitor applications were researched in order to study the flows of current working applications out there. The napkin sketches explore the flows that a user might experience once downloading Stomp from the App Store. It is designed as a disposable application where users do not have a profile but rather download to discover the venue and secure tickets for the events.
Icon System
By using Sketch, a unique icon system was developed. Each element was created with intention of representing sections of the application clearly and effectively. The icons help bring the branding of the application by using symbols that represent the edgey, modern and creative aesthetic of the brand.
User Interface Design
The design has a definite edgy taste to it in order to appeal to the modern trend currently with the younger audience that Stomp is targeting. A simple and sleek design allows users to connect information from screen to screen at ease. The interface design comes secondary to the information of the application.

Select a ticket from the desired event in order to secure your spot at the event. Once the ticket is selected, the ticket will queue up on your Tickets Page.
Extended Branding
Beyond the application design, a website landing page was designed out for the audience to be able to navigate all of the same features. Merchandise is sold on the website as well as at the venue.
